JOAN: The content on your Contact Us page is static, meaning it can't be edited through Online Store > Pages. To make any changes to this pages' content, you'll need to go to Online Store > Current Theme > Customize > Pages > tma-contact. This setup was intentionally designed with the expectation that the content wouldn't need regular updates, if any. However, if you do need to make changes and find it challenging to do so through the theme customizer, I’m happy to provide support at my hourly rate.  — Faye Fossay, F3 Designs
